Products purchased from plutone.org can be returned within 14 days of receipt
of the shipment. During this period, you can try the product and examine it just like
you would do in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and
without any kind of damage. You can take the product out of the box, unless the packaging is
sealed.

If you decide to return the product, you must let us know by filling out the return form on our website or
using the collection form below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order
by sending an email to: nicolavolpotti@gmail.com. Please note that you must ship the products
back within 14 days of you informing us.

Processing your return
After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products and begin processing.
process your refund. The money will be refunded in the same way it was made
payment at the time of purchase, unless you prefer another method. The refund will be
paid within 7 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. The costs
there will be an estimated maximum of 10.

Non-returnable products
The following types of products cannot be returned:

• Products that cannot be returned if opened due to hygiene reasons e.g.: Items showing signs of wear.
  
• Products that have been custom made to the buyer's specifications e.g.: Made to Measure items.
• Services that have been provided with the buyer's consent.
  Sealed products that cannot be returned with a broken seal
